Helping charlotte area churches build sustainable, volunteer-friendly AV systems that scale with growth.
Growth Changes Sunday Complexity
More volunteers rotating
Multiple services
Increased livestream expectations
Manual routing and patching
Heavy reliance on one technical leader
Most churches don’t struggle because of commitment — they struggle because their systems weren’t designed to scale.

About our Owner
I have been a part of church production teams for the last twelve years of my life and been leading church production teams for the last decade of my life. I became interested in production while visiting a church for the first time. I walked into the church and saw the lyrics for the song on the screen. It was so cool to me because, in the church I grew up in that was never an option. Either you knew the song and could sing along or you didn’t sing at all. The lyrics on the screen were an open invitation to participate. I wanted to join the team and learn how they made that possible. For about a year and a half, I served as a CG1 op, putting the lyrics on the screen and running sermon support. After that, I was given the opportunity to lead the production team. At the time we only had two volunteers on the team. Over the next three and a half years, I grew the volunteer team from two volunteers to forty five volunteers. In that time, I learned so much about the fundamentals of audio, video and lighting while also learning how to lead a team that others wanted to be a part of. In March of 2020, I began a journey at a new church becoming the production director. It began a new journey of growing a new team and learning new systems. In September of 2020 when we were able to have church again after the covid shutdowns, we started back with fourteen volunteers. I began a journey to create a healthy culture on the team and create some new rhythms. In a two year process we went from fourteen volunteers, to ninety three volunteers. In that time, I learned not only more about how to lead volunteer teams in a better way, but also, how to create systems to have healthy rhythms on Sundays. Creating automations, systems and structures to help my gear function at its optimal level and to help my team function at its optimal level. My goal in this next season of my life, is to help churches with the things that I have learned.
